GRASTON, IASTM, FAKTR
Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating. Graston Technique® (GT), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), FAKTR therapy are successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute, or post-surgical.
These techniques enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation and with greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.
Trigger-Point Release and Percussion
We use other manual therapy techniques such as Trigger-point release (more popularly known as Active Release) and percussion (via the TheraGun) to quickly reduce muscle tension so your body can increase ranges of motion and reduce radiating trigger-points.
As with instrument assisted mobilizations, our goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.
